Live an ANTI-AGING lifestyle & restore your youth. Outward appearances are transformed with consuming goodness.
What do your EARS hear?
What you HEAR affects your body, mind, and spirit. True hearing is more than just the passage of sound through your ears. Your brain interprets sound, then instills an emotional response. Consuming Goodness uplifts your faith and transforms you and your appearance Rom 10:17.
Noise Pollution
Noise pollution causes stress, anxiety, irritability, difficulty concentrating, sleepless nights, and impacts brain function (WHO). It can even lead to obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, and possibly cancer (NIH). Noise pollution is defined as “noise in the living environment or in the external environment such as to cause discomfort or disturbance to rest and human activities, danger to health, deterioration of ecosystems, material goods, monuments, the external environment or such as to interfere with use of the rooms themselves.”
Noise has negative health consequences. Increased blood pressure and cardiovascular disorders are associated with chronic exposure to noise, especially from airports. Effects such as immune system dysfunction, psychological alterations such as irritability, aggressiveness, and decreased cognitive performance (e.g., difficulty understanding written language) have also been reported from exposure to airport noise. Prolonged exposure to noise can lead to permanent damage, ranging from hypertension to ischemic diseases, to myocardial infarct and stroke.
Railway and vehicle traffic noise that's repetitive induces sleep disturbance. Tiredness, headaches and other psychological conditions are also associated with noise. Annoyance has been reported with sound exposure above 40 dBA. A dBA is a unit of measurement for sound pressure levels that adjusts decibels to account for how humans hear. Regarding sleep disturbances, these occur at higher sound levels, above 45 dBA and this problem is significantly related to annoyance and exposure near airports at night.
Hearing Goodness
It's easy to get lost in life's noise. Turn off social media, tune out the news, unplug, and tune into God's wisdom and strength for life's challenges (Matt 7:24). A wise man “hears" by listening and following through with action. A fool does not. The Hebrew word for "hear" in the Bible is shama (שָׁמַע) and means "to listen," "to obey," and "to understand."
We are not only to listen with our ears and our hearts, but we are to obey what God says and do what He is showing us. This concept of hearing then responding is reinforced throughout the Bible. For example, Jesus teaches us the difference between the “wise” and “foolish” Matt 7:24. Both categories of people hear His spoken words, but only the wise people take action.
- The Wise — “...everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock”
- The Foolish — “...everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand”
Wise people grasp God’s instructions: to "hear" is to obey 1 John 2:3. A religious relationships can’t spur you to grow, hear and act. That comes with an intimate relationship with God. Religious studies that focus on knowledge acquisition rather than life application of the Bible fall into this category. Those who just "listen" to Bible teachings or "hear" God's speaking to them in their gut and in their heart but fail to put it into practice: “You will be ever hearing, but never doing" Matt 13:14. Their minds may be gratified but their lives reflect no change, their bodies reflect no restoration, and their minds remain tormented.
He hears you!
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands! Hear happiness, listen to uplifting media, nurture peaceful sounds. Cry out to God! He hears you and speaks your language so you can hear His voice and follow it (Heb 2:1). God is faithful and will always keep His promises, and His ultimate desire for you is goodness and well-being, not harm or evil.
One example of God's true nature is when God’s people - God's children - were in bondage and slavery in Egypt crying out to Him for deliverance Exodus 2:23. God heard their groaning, just like He hears yours. He remembered His covenant with His people, just like He remembers it with you - a child of God Rom. 8:14. He looked upon the children of Israel with respect, just like He looks upon you today Heb. 13:8. God hears, He remembers and He looks. God promises a hearing ear toward us. When God has respect for us, it means He will do something about our situation when we cry out for help and intervention. God always honors His promises and He always wants goodness for us. It's not because of anything you did or could trade; it's because He just loves you.
Do you hear him?
Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear Mark 4:9. What would it be like to see and hear the way God does? It would release the full measure of receiving and hearing His Spirit into your mind, body and heart - your youth restored Ps. 103:5. It would guide us at every juncture in life. If we did this, we would be turning toward God’s will and letting go of pain, fear and the consuming evils of our world. Our evil nature would slide into the background, as obedience to God's will produced great fruits of goodness.
Following God's voice in His will for our lives sounds like a glorious place to be - without spot, wrinkle or blemish, full of faith and power Eph. 5:27. According to Bible prophets, we should expect this in the end-times. The concept of a holy and blameless people, which aligns with this imagery, is frequently found in the writings of prophets like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Zechariah. All spoke of a future restoration of God's people to a state of righteousness and purity.
This is most clearly seen in the idea of a "new covenant" where God would write His law on their hearts, signifying a complete transformation and dedication to God Heb. 10:16. Isaiah told of Zion as a "radiant city" and described the people as "clothed with garments of salvation." Jeremiah prophesied of a "new covenant" where God would write His law on their hearts, signifying a deep commitment to God. Ezekiel had visions of a "new heart" and "new spirit" where God would remove their stony hearts and replace them with hearts that are responsive to Him. Zechariah described a time when Jerusalem would be "a city of faithfulness" and "a place of cleansing".
God's pathway is a place of rest and peace in your mind, body and heart. It's a visitation and ability in the realm of the Spirit we can achieve. The Holy Spirit was sent to be our aid and our comforter so the path for the end-time God followers is certainly in following the Holy Spirit John 14:26. We trust we will all get there together.
Hear with your Body, Mind & Heart
Surround yourself with good sounds and all-natural products that support your wellbeing and restore your youth. Consume only what’s pure and good and your body, mind and heart will be restored. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 1 Cor 12:17. Let’s consume goodness together for our bodies, minds, and hearts in one accord.
🌿 Make time for quiet time.
🌿 No negative friends; only positive listeners.
🌿 Hear God's voice. He hears yours!
We must pay more careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away Heb 2:1. This earth will disappear, but what matters is this: Will you (and the ones with whom you share Jesus) find joy at the judgment throne by hearing your names read from the Lamb’s Book of Life? Rev. 20:15
Are you a doer, or just a hearer?
His sheep hear His voice John 10:27. Who is willing to hear the Lord's voice and heed His message of love and preparation? These hearer's and doer's will not merely be clothed in revelation but also in might and power. The Lord has gone ahead of us and prepared a redemptive way for us to enter into His glory by hearing His voice and following it. This will release the Spirit of Liberty and Truth to save and deliver us from the stagnation and compromise that has previously prevailed John 16:13.
Those who hear His voice, their hearts are open to Him and He will come in to their hearts, their minds, and their bodies to be with them Rev. 3:20. A friend of God stands and hears Him. This “standing and hearing” is the fundamental posture of intimacy, and is how we experience our personal identity as Christ’s Bride. Hearing the voice of God means we are rooted and grounded in love by the ministry of the Spirit of the Father Rom 8:15. This is the fruit of intimacy – fullness of joy based in hearing His voice.
God has a way of speaking in a language that can be understood. He meets us where we are! One thing is for certain, we are going to have an opportunity to soften our hearts in the days ahead, and it is going to come in realms and dimensions that will probably be surprising. Perhaps never in history have we needed a hearing ear and a seeing eye as much as we do for the days ahead. God told us how to do it. His love is available and it is time we pursued Him with all our heart.
We help you love yourself, as yourself. Gal. 5:14™
